Oral presentations

Each talk should be no longer than 14 minutes. Questions and answers will follow for a couple of minutes. Please note that each speaker must bring your lap-top PC with you.

Speakers are kindly requested to appear in the conference room at least 10 minutes before the session is scheduled to start and to introduce yourself to the session chair. Speakers must ensure before the session begins that their presentation will run smoothly. A member of the organization team will be present in the room to help you in any way possible.

Poster presentations

There are two poster sessions, however all the posters should be mounted on poster boards throughout the conference dates. This means posters should be mounted between 10:30 and 10:50 on September 24, and unmounted between 15:50 and 16:10 on September 25. At least one of the authors must present at the conference in the specified poster sessions (see technical program).

Each poster board is approximately 90cm wide x 210cm high. So, A0 size in the portrait format is the most suitable. Fasteners will be provided at the site.
